1. Order Placement

• All picnic setup orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.

• Custom requests should be communicated clearly at the time of order placement.

2. Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the event date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 72 hours before the event will receive a partial refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.

• No refunds will be issued for completed setups.

4. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery is available within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area.

• Delivery times are estimated; we will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

• Our team will handle all setup and takedown unless otherwise specified in the order.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide a suitable location for the picnic setup that is safe and accessible.

• Clients are responsible for any necessary permits or permissions required for the location.

6. Weather Policy

• In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your picnic or provide alternative arrangements.

• If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited.

7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that all products are allergen-free.

8. Product Quality

• All items provided will be of high quality. If any item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

9. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total value of the picnic setup. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services or products.

• If any damages are done to the borrowed items included in our set up, a damage fee may apply.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes prior to their event.
